Following the service, non alcoholic beverages and light refreshments are presented so you can spend time with family and/or close friends to reflect on memories of your loved one. We help create a calm and respectful atmosphere, free from time constraints and other pressures.

Private Family Funeral Services in Washington
Starting from £2150*
Our private family funeral service package offers a calm and intimate way to say goodbye, tailored for close family and friends. The service takes place in our private ceremony room, with light refreshments provided afterward.
This package includes: Your loved one brought into our care and treated with the utmost respect throughout, a traditional coffin with nameplate, fixtures and fittings, all third-party costs such as cremation fees at a local crematorium (saltwell or Birtley)* and officiant fees, the funeral director’s professional services, the return of your loved one’s ashes following the service. You’ll also have access to an online tribute, offering a space to share memories and messages.
Our package also includes visiting your loved one (if able to do so) in our chapel of rest, provision of a traditional hearse to the crematorium and a small floral tribute.
* Choosing an alternative crematorium may incur an additional charge
** Prices are for services carried out Monday to Friday. Prices are available by request for funerals held on a Saturday
