Direct Cremation Services with DM Funeral Services
Starting from £1,475*
Our direct cremation package offers a simple, respectful alternative for those who prefer a private farewell without a formal service. Your loved one will be brought into our care and treated with dignity throughout.
This package includes the transfer of your loved one into our care, a traditional coffin with nameplate, fixtures, and fittings, along with all third-party costs such as cremation fees at a local crematorium (Saltwell or Birtley)** and the Funeral Director’s professional services. You’ll also have access to an online tribute page and the return of your loved one’s ashes following the cremation. Our package also includes visiting your loved one in our chapel of rest, provision of a traditional hearse to the crematorium and a small floral tribute. Price is inclusive of saying a short goodbye to your loved one on the day of cremation either at our premises or the crematorium (limited crematorium options)
*Additional options include: saying goodbye to your loved one in our ceremony room (up to half an hour)
**Choice of an alternative crematorium may incur an additional charge.
